These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of services provided by UXORA. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide professional services including, but not limited to, UI/UX design, branding, marketing, and social media curation. Specific deliverables, capacity, and scope are defined by the service package selected at the time of purchase.
Services become available the next business day after purchase.
Service Packages & Billing
Monthly Packages:
Clients may purchase monthly service packages as:
A one-time monthly payment, or
A recurring subscription, which includes a 5% monthly savings.
Quarterly Packages:
Quarterly service packages are prepaid and offer savings of up to $1,800 per quarter, depending on the package selected.
Engagement Structure & Hours
Each service package includes a defined number of service hours per week ("Weekly Retainer Hours").
Weekly Retainer Hours reset each week.
Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent weeks.
Hours are allocated dynamically during the active engagement period.
Communication & Onboarding
Upon purchase, clients receive onboarding instructions to begin the engagement. These instructions may be sent the next business day if the purchase occurs after 5pm Pacific.
Clients are offered access to a private, bespoke Slack channel for communication. Use of Slack is optional. Clients may opt out and use another mutually agreed upon communication platform.
Subscription Changes, Pauses & Cancellations
Clients may pause, cancel, or switch subscription services at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing.
After cancellation, clients retain access to Services for the remainder of the already paid engagement period.
Services will halt automatically at the end of the engagement period.
Clients will receive a reminder email one (1) week prior to any scheduled subscription payment.
Termination & Close Out
At the conclusion of the engagement period:
Services cease unless renewed or extended.
A proper close out process will occur, including delivery of final agreed upon materials.
Ownership & Rights
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Clients receive 100% ownership of all design, marketing, branding, and creative materials produced during the engagement.
Material transfer requests can be made during and up to 12 months after the engagement period.
We retain the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials.
Maintain clear communication to support efficient use of Weekly Retainer Hours.
Delays caused by the client do not extend engagement periods or roll over unused hours.
No Guarantees
While we strive to deliver high quality, strategic outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results related to business performance, revenue, engagement, or growth.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UXORA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here and will apply to future purchases.
